2.  CLOTHING:  From head to toe cover up. Wear clothing that is not restrictive and at the same time warm. I wear an insulated jumper called ZERO-ZONE, cost about $40.00 to $60.00 but it’s worth every penny. Look for them in stores like Work’n Gear or Wal-mart, yes that’s right Kmart, you can get the cheaper price there. Even the best insulated jumper can’t take the cold early morning (5 AM) of Boston some times, then just cover up with a ski jacket that you can take off when the sun warms up a little. Don’t be a hero and try to take on the cold weather with a wind breaker  because while you are sick and recuperating your competition may be liberating clients from you, then who’s the hero?
